Termination by Company: We may terminate services for:
- Non-payment of fees or violation of payment terms

- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff
- Circumstances that create legal or business risks
Effect of Termination: Upon termination:
- All unpaid fees become immediately due
- We will return original documents within 30 days

- Client access to online portals may be terminated
14. FORCE MAJEURE
